Senior Accountant

• Own the Numbers
  • Prepare timely, GAAP‑compliant financial statements
  • Oversee accounts payable, bank reconciliations, and vendor records
  • Support payroll processing in collaboration with HR
• Lead the Close
  • Drive month‑end and year‑end close activities
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure Compliance
  • Maintain adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations
  • Implement and uphold strong internal controls
• Scale with Us
  • Collaborate with accounting teams across multiple sites
  • Help integrate newly acquired practices into OMS
    360’s financial systems
• Support Strategic Growth
  • Deliver financial insights and monthly reporting to senior leadership and PE stakeholders
  • Contribute to annual budgeting and forecasting
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and standardization

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• CPA license (active or inactive) strongly preferred
• Public accounting (audit) experience preferred
• Bonus if you’ve worked in private equity, M&A, or multi‑site healthcare
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct and Stampli a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and time management skills
