Key Responsibilities:

• Monthly Close: Manage and oversee the monthly closing process for accurate and timely financial reporting.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly financial statements, including balance sheet accounting and operational revenue reports.
• Accounts Payable: Oversee the accounts payable function.
• Budget Management: Develop and manage budgets for each division, ensuring alignment with the company’s financial goals.
• Partnership with Directors: Collaborate with division directors to educate and guide them on using financial metrics to drive business growth. Regular monthly meetings are expected.
• Revenue-Generating Mindset: Work closely with leadership to identify and drive revenue-generating opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• Certification: CPA is mandatory.
• Experience: Extensive experience with multi-site healthcare physician practice accounting.
• Expertise: Multi-state operations, including sales and use tax.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with Great Plains Dynamics, Salesforce, and Next Gen.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $150,000 - $200,000 (depending on experience and qualifications).
• Bonus: Potential bonus ranging from $20k to $40k of the base salary.
• Benefits: Excellent healthcare benefits, including participation in the company’s profit-sharing program.
