Lead Financial Analyst ($100,000 - $105,000 salary + $10k bonus)
Base pay range: $ per year – $ per year.

Job SummaryPrimary responsibilities include oversight of the preparation of the Monthly Operations Review data, annual budget process, and monthly forecasting for the assigned system. The manager will also monitor internal control and performance metric reporting.
Job Responsibilities- Manage the preparation of monthly analysis of revenue, cost of goods sold, labor and operational expenses against forecast, budget and prior year, providing explanations and business solutions.
- Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document highlights for management.
- Serve as point of contact for client inquiries and reporting.
- Identify billing, collections and processing issues and propose mediation.
- Validate dashboard data and ensure accuracy versus general ledger.
- Support month‑end closing process and perform variance analysis of key drivers.
- Perform analytics and establish benchmarks for key drivers of the business.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes as needed.
- Perform ad hoc analysis as required.
- Perform all other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting required.
- MBA or CPA preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of progressive FP&A experience.
- Strong teamwork, proactive focus on workload and deadlines, and willingness to work extra hours during peak periods.
- Advanced Excel skills, including lookups and pivot tables.
- Experience with SAP, Essbase and dashboard development preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Access, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Self‑motivated to learn new concepts and participate in new projects.
- 10–20% travel required.
Mid‑Senior level, Full‑time, Finance and Accounting/Auditing, Hospital and Health Care industry.
