The Corporate Tax Manager is an excellent opportunity for a tax professional who is passionate about corporate tax strategy, compliance, and advisory services. As the Corporate Tax Manager, you will work closely with clients across diverse industries to provide expert guidance on federal, state, and international tax matters.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee corporate tax engagements for clients in various industries
  • Provide expertise on federal, state, and local corporate tax compliance, reporting, and advisory services
  • Review and prepare complex corporate tax returns, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations
  • Conduct research on complex tax issues and develop strategic solutions to minimize risk and optimize tax efficiency
  • Collaborate with partners, directors, and clients to develop and implement effective tax planning strategies
  • Lead and mentor junior tax staff, providing technical training, coaching, and performance feedback
  • Stay up to date with changes in tax laws and regulations to advise clients proactively
  • Manage client relationships by delivering exceptional service and timely communication
  • Assist in business development initiatives, including proposals, networking, and expanding client engagements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Master’s degree in Taxation, preferred
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification, required
  • 7+ years of progressive tax experience in a public accounting firm, with a focus on corporate taxation
  • Strong technical knowledge of federal and state corporate tax laws and regulations
  • Experience with international tax concepts and multi-state taxation, a plus
  • Proficiency in tax research tools and tax preparation software
