Pricing & Packaging Analyst

The Pricing & Packaging Analyst plays a critical role in translating pricing strategy into operational reality. You’ll support the maintenance and accuracy of Candescent’s product catalogue, manage SKUs and product codes, and ensure new products and price changes are correctly implemented across our billing systems.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structure, data integrity, and the details of how products are configured and monetized. You’ll work closely with Product, Finance, and Engineering to keep our catalogue current, support new launches, and maintain seamless pricing execution in Zuora and Salesforce.

* * 3–5 years of experience in pricing operations, billing, finance systems, or product operations in a SaaS or fintech environment. Hands-on experience with at least one of:
Zuora, Salesforce CPQ, or another billing/configuration platform. Intermediate Excel or Google Sheets skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas).
