The OpportunityAs a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll play a critical role in driving insight, visibility, and discipline across the company’s financial operations. Reporting to the CFO, you’ll partner with operations leadership and private equity ownership to provide high‑impact analysis, build dynamic reporting tools, and enable data‑driven decision making. This is a highly visible role ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of financial planning, analytics, and storytelling, and who wants to help scale a fast‑growing, multi‑site healthcare business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead core FP&A activities including annual budget development, monthly forecasting, variance analysis, and performance tracking.
- Build and maintain cash flow forecasts and assist with liquidity planning and capital allocation decisions.
- Create, automate, and enhance financial reporting packages for executive and PE stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards for daily and weekly operational KPIs across sales, margin, and utilization metrics.
- Partner with operations to deliver ad hoc analysis on pricing strategy, margin optimization, sales trends, and strategic initiatives including M&A evaluation and integration.
- Support accounting and finance operations with experience in Quick Books, ensuring alignment between financial reporting and operational data.
- 3+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, business/data analytics, or strategic finance — experience in multi‑site healthcare is a plus, but not required.
- Strong technical skills in Excel and Tableau, with proven experience building dashboards and visualizations for leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to create and manage cash flow forecasts and analyze operational performance drivers.
- Experience preparing and presenting insights to senior executives and private equity partners.
- High attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, growth‑oriented company.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
