We are partnering with a prominent, multi-billion-dollar, private equity-backed organization headquartered in Atlanta to identify an Analyst for their growing team. This position offers significant executive-level exposure, reporting directly to a Senior Director and providing visibility to the CFO. The company operates on a hybrid in-office schedule and offers a highly competitive compensation and benefits package.
Base pay range$85,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

Responsibilities- Evaluate business performance and market conditions
- Collaborate with the sales team and offer recommendations to identify opportunities for business growth
- Provide forecasting and reporting to senior management
- Produce monthly reports including key metrics, financial results, and variance reporting
- Build strong relationships with department heads; create models and presentations that help them with decision-making on capital investment decisions and the impact of new investments
- Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
- 2+ years of experience in corporate finance
- Strong Excel skills
- A team player with good communication skills and strong attention to detail
