Analyst – Transaction Advisory | $125,000 to $175,000 + Bonus

Note:

This is a finance-focused role, not a data analyst position.

A growing private equity firm is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its Transaction Advisory team. This role offers meaningful exposure to deal execution, financial modeling, due diligence, and post close initiatives. It is a great fit for candidates with experience in corporate finance, investment banking, or transaction services who want to work directly with deal teams and portfolio leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Support live deals through financial modeling, valuation work, and scenario analysis
• Lead portions of financial, operational, and market due diligence
• Partner with internal deal teams and external advisors to evaluate investment opportunities
• Prepare investment memos, committee materials, and board level presentations
• Assist with integration planning and tracking post acquisition performance
• Research industry trends and help identify value creation opportunities across portfolio companies

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline; MBA or CPA is a plus
• 2+ years in transaction advisory, investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or Big Four TAS
• Strong Excel capabilities with hands on financial modeling experience
• Solid understanding of financial statements, valuation techniques, and the M&A lifecycle
• Confident communicator with strong presentation skills
• Comfortable operating in a fast paced, deal oriented environment
