- Develop and execute customized wealth plans for high-net‑worth clients and families, leveraging the full breadth of the organization’s capabilities. Accountable for a revenue goal through acquisition of new clients and expansion of the book of business.
- Lead the relationship team for high-net-worth clients with $2 million+ in investable assets, ensuring access to all firm resources and solutions.
- Work closely with Portfolio Managers, Trust Officers, and Private Bankers to assess clients’ financial situations, goals, and objectives, prioritizing short‑term and long‑term needs through the planning process.
- Lead development of sales strategies to grow the client base and promote the full array of bank capabilities to current and new clients.
- Manage pipeline and activities to maintain an adequate number of prospect opportunities, moving them through the sales cycle to meet sales goals and deliver specific solutions.
- Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships by vetting client portfolios, consolidating liquidity, and introducing value‑add solutions such as credit, planning, and fiduciary services.
- Lead client relationship reviews with the broader team and internal partners, ensuring client goals and objectives are achieved on an ongoing basis.
- Coordinate team communication and activities, recommending ideas, suggestions, and alternative wealth solutions through a team of specialists.
- Maintain strong partnerships with internal partners and external centers of influence to drive new business opportunities and address client or prospect needs.
- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 12 years of sales experience in financial services, or in lieu of a degree, a combined minimum of 18 years of higher education and/or work experience.
- At least 8 years of sales experience with high‑net‑worth and/or ultra‑high‑net‑worth clients.
- Prior experience managing complex high‑net‑worth client relationships.
- Deep expertise in planning, investments, banking, or fiduciary services.
- Proven track record of implementing wealth‑management strategies with clients.
- Securities licensing, CFP, CTFA, CPA designation.
- MBA (Master’s in Business Administration) or JD (Juris Doctor).
