Our client is a lower middle‑market business services company under new private equity ownership with a regional presence in multiple geographies. The business has plans to expand its operational footprint and service‑line offerings to support strong growth initiatives.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial, hands‑on, highly confident finance leader to strategically support the senior executive team working towards an ambitious growth strategy. The CFO will be deeply involved at both strategic and tactical levels with full responsibility for finance and accounting functions, which includes closing the books and overseeing a heavy M&A integration process. This is a “roll‑up‑your‑sleeves” environment where you will wear multiple hats and contribute at significant levels.

You will also focus on upgrading reporting and visibility across all areas of the business, with an emphasis on analytical and data‑driven decision making.
