We’re looking for a Controller who will own the monthly close, drive financial accuracy, and strengthen internal controls.
Responsibilities- Lead month‑end close processes and ensure timely, accurate financial reporting
- Manage internal controls, technical accounting, and policy compliance
- Help guide FP&A activities and support budgeting/forecasting as needed
- Identify and implement automation and process‑improvement initiatives
- CPA credential
- Proven experience in month‑end close and financial reporting
- Healthcare industry preferred
- Private equity (PE) experience a plus
- Strong analytical, communication, and cross‑team collaboration skills
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive
