We are a long‑standing, family‑owned business operating multiple gas station and convenience store locations. We take pride in our community relationships and commitment to customer service. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a hands‑on and strategic CPA to lead our financial operations and support long‑term business planning.

• Lead all financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Manage cash flow, margins, inventory costing, and profitability across multiple locations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for ownership.
• Implement and improve financial controls, processes, and reporting systems.
• Oversee payroll, A/P, A/R, general ledger, and regulatory/tax compliance.
• Manage banking, vendor, and supplier financial relationships.
• Provide financial insights to support pricing, staffing, capital investments, and growth decisions.
• Support ownership with expansion planning, acquisitions, and new store openings.
• Mentor and oversee bookkeeping or finance staff as needed.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5–10+ years of financial leadership experience; retail or multi‑location business experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of inventory costing, margins, and financial controls.
• Proficiency in accounting software (Quick Books, Sage, Net Suite, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on role within a family business environment.
