Responsibilities
- Visit retail locations in and around the state
- Available to work evenings and weekends
- Engage players and inform them of United Gaming programs
- Engage location staff/clerks to train on game system functions and reporting
- Participate in weekly meetings either in-person or via video conference
- At least 21 years of age, with a high school diploma or GED equivalent
- A sales, hospitality, or event promotions background
- Outgoing, ability to learn and upsell United Gaming’s programs
- Basic computer/smartphone knowledge
- Knowledge of coin-operated amusement machine (COAM) gaming is a plus
- Willingness to travel in an assigned territory
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Work well under pressure and manage stressful situations with ease
- Organized, efficient, and results-driven
- Strong customer service and customer engagement skills
