Project Manager, Event Manager ​/ Planner, TV ​/ Film Production

We are looking to build our event operations staff by hiring a project manager for our Rambouillet events. As Project Manager on the event operations staff, your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with Rambouillet Sales Associates and Warehouse Managers to help execute extraordinary events that exceed client expectations. This will entail acting as a delivery point-of-contact for clients, vendors, and freelancers, and ensuring seamless communication and coordination throughout the event process.

Your role will be need based, according to scheduled events, and lots of weekends and travel will be required.

Your core responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks, including but not limited to:

• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of all rental items.
• Prior to delivery, double-checking that the rented inventory quantities match quantities packed for delivery.
• Relaying to a Rambouillet Sales Associate if rented inventory is returned with chips/breaks/damages.
• Ensuring no piece of rented inventory is left at the event.
• Establish a good working relationship with other scullery staff.
• Coordinating the setup and breakdown of all Rambouillet events, overseeing logistics, managing inventory, and troubleshooting any unforeseen challenges.

Staying through the whole event from start to finish based on its needs and completing execution from setting the table to loading the inventory back into the van.

Given the nature of the event industry, this position necessitates a high degree of flexibility, an unwavering work ethic, and flawless communication skills. Travel for out-of-town events, and availability on some evenings and weekends is required. Exceptional organizational skills, ability to do heavy-lifting and meticulous attention to detail are essential for success in this role. A valid drivers license is required and the ability to drive a large cargo van is necessary.
