Social Media & Digital Producer

We’re looking for an experienced, Atlanta-based Social Media & Digital Producer with a background in reality or unscripted entertainment. This is a hands‑on role focused on editing, scheduling, and optimizing daily content across social and streaming platforms for a well‑known TV show.

This full‑time, year‑long position centers on short‑form and long‑form content, real‑time social engagement, live stream support, and organic audience growth through social‑first storytelling.

• Edit and publish daily content (short‑form video, graphics, copy, live streams) across Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, and You Tube
• Screen footage, cut clips, and create platform‑optimized assets
• Write compelling, on‑brand captions that drive engagement and sharing
• Schedule, monitor, and moderate social channels in real time

• Support live streams of select episodes during filming using third‑party tools (e.g., Stream Yard)
• Manage basic technical setup, monitor chats, and troubleshoot in real time

• Capture behind‑the‑scenes content, photography, and talent‑facing social moments
• Work closely with production and talent in fast‑paced, high‑pressure environments

• Execute social‑first growth strategies across owned platforms
• Support interactive initiatives such as polls, AMAs, watch‑alongs, and community engagement
• Identify content formats that drive loyalty and repeat viewership

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience producing social and digital content for entertainment or unscripted TV
• Daily experience with Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook, and You Tube
• Strong editing skills using Adobe Premiere Pro; advanced experience with Cap Cut, Canva, or similar tools
• Experience with live streaming platforms or a strong willingness to learn
• Excellent writing skills and a strong understanding of pop culture and entertainment
• Comfortable working on set and communicating professionally with high‑profile talent
• Highly organized and able to manage fast‑paced workflows and large files
