About the Role

As a Senior Partnerships Coordinator at Prize Picks, you’ll work within the Partnership Sourcing team to identify and negotiate commercial partnerships with creators, micro‑influencers, and niche sports‑driven communities. You’ll work closely with the Product Marketing and Social teams to source and close deals for specific campaigns. You’ll be the go‑to‑person for data management questions across the full Partnership portfolio.

What you’ll do
  • Identify emerging creators, micro‑influencers, and niche community brands across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, Discord, and podcasts with an eye on sports and fantasy culture
  • Contact identified partners and manage inbound interest from creators and their representatives
  • Negotiate deal terms with potential partners to bring them into the Prize Picks affiliate program
  • Use proprietary models and third‑party tools to project and track partnership performance through key metrics, and organise jelly data into clear recaps for internal review
  • Stay tapped into the daily rhythm of the sports world; anticipate who’s trending, what’s going viral, and how that might translate into future partner opportunities
What you have
  • BA degree
  • 1‑3 years experience at a marketing agency, in‑house digital product or creator/sports management
  • Fluency with spreadsheet and presentation software
  • Fluency with basic enterprise software tools (Slack, Tableau, etc.)
  • Passion for closing good deals that benefit creators and Prize Picks business
  • Passion for sports мо culture and social trends
Where you’ll live

While we prefer candidates based in Atlanta, we are open to qualified applicants from anywhere in the U.S. and are willing to consider remote candidates.

Working at Prize Picks

The typical salary range for this position is $70,000 to $80,000. At Prize Picks, we consider your role, level, and where you’ll be working when determining our salary ranges.
