Geotechnical Service Line Lead

I’m partnering with an award-winning, well-established engineering consultancy that is a major player across the East Coast.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a true leadership role - working alongside the Office Principal while taking charge of the Geotechnical service line across Georgia and beyond
.

I am looking for an ambitious, commercially aware Geotechnical Engineer PE who wants to do more than deliver projects - someone motivated to lead, grow, and shape a regional division.

This is a “sell & do” leadership position blending technical excellence with division growth.

• Lead geotechnical projects end-to-end, from proposal through delivery
• Provide technical oversight across foundations, settlement, slopes, earth retention, and ground improvement
• Drive client engagement and support regional business development
• Contribute to revenue growth and strategic planning across Georgia Mentor and develop junior engineers
• Strengthen operational performance, quality, and safety standards
• Play a central role in scaling the geotechnical team and expanding market presence

• Active PE license (Georgia or ability to obtain)
• 10+ years of geotechnical engineering experience
• Strong background in foundation and slope design
• Proven project and client management capability
• Experience contributing to business development and revenue growth
• Ambition to lead and expand a regional geotechnical practice
