Headquartered in Roswell, Georgia, with regional offices in Savannah, Georgia, and Knoxville, Tennessee, ACC specializes in providing expertise in design, permitting, construction administration engineering, construction quality assurance, environmental monitoring, and remediation. The firm primarily focuses on solid waste management projects, including landfills, transfer stations, material recovery facilities, and landfill gas systems.

ACC also offers civil engineering solutions in areas such as stormwater management, water and wastewater systems, and NPDES permitting, striving to contribute to a cleaner and sustainable environment for all.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Field Technician based in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The Senior Field Technician will be responsible for overseeing fieldwork operations, conducting environmental monitoring, performing construction quality assurance (CQA) activities, and supporting compliance inspections. Duties include collecting and analyzing samples, documenting field observations, preparing technical reports, and coordinating with clients and team members to ensure effective execution of projects.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in construction quality assurance (CQA), fieldwork operations, and environmental monitoring
  • Experience in documentation, report preparation, and compliance inspections
  • Knowledge of permitting, solid waste management systems, and civil engineering principles
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in relevant technical software
  • Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a related field
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to project sites
