Project Estimator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Commercial Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in either Mechanical (HVAC) estimation or Electrical estimation for commercial projects. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project specifications, and supporting the bidding process to ensure competitive and profitable project submissions.

• Review project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial projects (Mechanical/HVAC or Electrical scope).
• Perform quantity take-offs and material costing.
• Analyze labor, equipment, subcontractor, and material costs.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers for pricing.
• Identify potential risks and cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare bid proposals and supporting documentation.
• Maintain estimation databases and historical cost records.
• Participate in pre-bid meetings and site visits when required.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and client requirements.

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–7 years of experience in commercial project estimation.
• Electrical Estimation (power distribution, lighting, low voltage systems, panels).
• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes.
• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Excel.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
