As part of our growth, we are looking for a Special Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) to support the daily operational activities in Major correctives area. You will be working within Global Service team performing relevant tasks as follows:
YOUR TASKS:
- Creation and management of Improvement Actions in the Services department ensuring a ZERO accident policy
- Planning and monitoring of major corrective measures
- Detect needs and opportunities for improvements within the area of major corrective measures maintaining the company's Know How and Nordex tool support and integration
- Coordination of the different parties involved (cranes, personnel, HSE, logistics, engineering…) prior to the start of the major corrective/repair Up tower
- Report on the work carried out on the company's O&M Management System and ensure compliance with the required documentation
- Support in the preparation of offers to customers who request a service in the area
- Flexibility to support different projects in the different countries where the company is established
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or similar
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with other departments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Highly motivated professional with a passion for driving business objectives
