As part of our growth, we are looking for a Special Operations Coordinator (m/f/d) to support the daily operational activities in Major correctives area. You will be working within Global Service team performing relevant tasks as follows:

YOUR TASKS:

• Creation and management of Improvement Actions in the Services department ensuring a ZERO accident policy
• Planning and monitoring of major corrective measures
• Detect needs and opportunities for improvements within the area of major corrective measures maintaining the company's Know How and Nordex tool support and integration
• Coordination of the different parties involved (cranes, personnel, HSE, logistics, engineering…) prior to the start of the major corrective/repair Up tower
• Report on the work carried out on the company's O&M Management System and ensure compliance with the required documentation
• Support in the preparation of offers to customers who request a service in the area
• Flexibility to support different projects in the different countries where the company is established

YOUR PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration or similar
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with other departments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Highly motivated professional with a passion for driving business objectives
