About the Role

A rapidly scaling structural steel fabrication operation is hiring Estimators and Senior Estimators to support continued growth across commercial, industrial, and complex miscellaneous projects.

This is not a maintenance hire. The company is expanding capacity, investing in advanced fabrication technology, and securing larger, more technical projects. They are looking for estimators who can bring structure, precision, and process improvement as the business scales.

• Price structural steel and heavy miscellaneous projects
• Work extensively within Power Fab
• Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
• Support smooth transition from estimating to fabrication
• Contribute to improving estimating systems and workflow
• Collaborate with operations and production teams

• 5 to 15+ years structural steel estimating experience
• Strong Power Fab capability
• Experience with commercial and industrial projects
• Confident handling complex bid packages
• Comfortable working in a growth focused environment
• Strong attention to detail and commercial awareness
