This person will be responsible for driving performance improvements, loss elimination, and sustainable productivity within a manufacturing environment.
Required Skills
* MUST have BS Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical or Industrial)
* MUST have at least 3+ recent years' experience in a food manufacturing plant
* Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
* Expertise in SPC and Lean/TPM methodologies
* Project management
* Excellent communication skills
