Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related
- Minimum 5 years of structural engineering experience, with leadership in complex projects
- Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred
- Expertise in structural analysis and design software, including Autodesk applications (Revit preferred)
- Strong understanding of building codes and standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Integrity and ability to thrive in a team setting
