Quality Assurance - QA/QC
Responsibilities
- Extend the ITAP and standardize Quality activity into contractual package
- Build stronger alliances with commercial and technical Sales team
- Implement feedback from ongoing projects (learnings) into Tender, Bid & Sales Projects
- Quality safe launch and perfect execution of projects
- Ensure Quality execution basis, transferring contract requirements to all functions: PQP & ITAP
- Plan and complete Inspection, Test and Audit activities according to ITAP
- Secure Quality of components before handed over to construction
- Secure quality documentation availability and correctness complying with contract milestones
- Drive Deviation Management and Continuous Improvement to closure
- Safeguard and reporting of Non-Conformance, NQC cost and Concessions, in cooperation with Non Conformity Management area
- Drive NCR/8D, Findings from operations and Final Walk downs to closure
- Project Claims management/overview and performance
- Engineering degree or similar studies
- Training in construction or industrial processes, concrete, etc. is a plus
- English is a must
- Proactive profile, communication skills, teamwork and adaptability
