Are you a seasoned Mechanical Project Manager ready to take ownership of large‑scale, technically demanding projects across mission critical and complex building environments? You'll play a key role in leading multi‑million‑dollar mechanical projects, ensuring seamless coordination between field teams, subcontractors, clients, and internal stakeholders. Key Responsibilities- Build, strengthen, and manage relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Oversee project deliveries, scheduling, and labor projections.
- Manage project financials including invoicing, budgeting, and cost control.
- Lead the submittal, RFI, coordination drawing, and closeout processes.
- Ensure projects are delivered within established gross margin targets.
- Coordinate construction activities across internal teams, field installation, and VDC/BIM groups.
- Prepare and deliver project‑related presentations to clients and stakeholders.
- Actively participate in company‑wide initiatives, training, and team meetings.
- Pursue ongoing professional development to expand project knowledge and technical expertise.
- Meet all project requirements related to schedule, technical performance, contract compliance, and client satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent field experience (3-5 years in mechanical construction).
- Minimum 4+ years of verifiable Project Management experience in HVAC mechanical and/or plumbing construction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to present concepts to diverse audiences.
- Ability to work independently with strong problem‑solving and organizational skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
- Experience with Revit, AutoCAD, Trimble, and MS Office is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated leadership capability and an ability to drive projects from kickoff to completion.
