As a Field Service Representative and key member of the South Region service team, you will provide on‑site service including preventive maintenance, calibration, installation, and training across all product lines primarily in GA, FL, and AL. You will report to the South Region Field Service Manager in Houston, TX. The ideal location is near Atlanta, GA, but other major cities in the territory are possible.

The base salary range for this position is $31.65–$35.80 per hour, depending on technical and service experience within the analytical instrumentation field. • Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, repair, and calibration of instruments at customer sites within the assigned region.
• Managing inventory, trip planning, and administrative tasks related to service functions.

• 3 years of experience in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex analytical instruments.
• Ability to work independently and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work with electronic schematics, test equipment, and repair tools.
• Associate’s degree in engineering or a related technical field.
• Availability for frequent overnight travel (up to 75%).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and passport.
