Are you an experienced Structural Engineer looking for a leadership role in a dynamic, multidisciplinary environment? Our client, a highly respected engineering consultancy with a strong reputation for innovation and collaboration, is seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their Atlanta office.

What You'll Do
  • Lead structural analysis, design, and detailing for a variety of commercial and industrial projects.
  • Design steel, concrete, and masonry structures for new and existing buildings.
  • Collaborate with architects, owners, and contractors to deliver high-quality, coordinated structural drawings.
  • Manage project teams, budgets, and schedules.
  • Develop proposals and contribute to marketing/business development efforts.
  • Work closely with other offices to complete multifaceted projects.
  • Travel as needed for client and project requirements.
What We're Looking For
  • Education: B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
  • Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE).
  • Experience: 10-15 years in structural engineering, including steel, concrete, and masonry design.
  • Familiarity with software such as RISA, AutoCAD, Revit, RamSS, Etabs, Enercalc.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Project management experience and/or certifications.
  • Ability to lead interdisciplinary projects and teams.
  • Local industry relationships and AHJ experience are a plus.
