Your Mission

As Project Manager Intralogistics, you are the driving force behind our intralogistics projects. You manage projects from initial request through to final delivery at the customer’s site. The solutions you will implement for our (end) customers include integrated sorting solutions, primarily for parcel and distribution clients, as well as control solutions (software and control systems) for material handling integrators. You oversee both internal and external collaboration between teams and ensure that all steps within the process are carried out correctly.

What makes this role extra exciting is that, for the integrated solutions, the main focus will be on delivering our own EAE Solutions’ E‑Cross sorting solutions (see example: E Cross / Loop Crossbelt Sorter | EAE Solutions).

You will work closely with internal departments such as Engineering, Software, Supply Chain, Installations and Service. In addition, you will maintain intensive contact with (international) customers. Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers is also essential in order to deliver the desired integrated end‑to‑end solutions and achieve the intended project results.

You translate customer specifications into a concrete and feasible project plan and monitor planning, budget, quality, resource allocation and, of course, customer satisfaction throughout the entire project lifecycle.

Your Profile
  • A completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical or logistics-related field
  • 5+ years of relevant work experience, preferably as a Project Manager, ideally within a technical or logistics environment
  • You understand what it takes to successfully deliver a project, from handover from Sales through to customer sign‑off
  • You enjoy working closely with customers and external project teams
  • You listen carefully to stakeholders, while also being able to clearly communicate your own perspective and interests
  • You approach your work with enthusiasm, identify opportunities and help strengthen our market position
  • You analyse situations and risks thoroughly without losing oversight, enabling you to effectively steer project teams
  • Strong organisational skills with a solution‑oriented mindset
  • You work in a structured manner, are stress‑resistant and thrive on deadlines
  • You enjoy visiting customers and project teams on site and supporting them during key project milestones such as kick‑offs and acceptance testing
  • A project management certification (such as PRINCE2 or IPMA) is an advantage, but not a requirement
  • Excellent communication skills in English;
    German is a plus
