Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Building Automation engineers and technicians to successfully implement a number of controls installations simultaneously, while insuring the growth and development of individual team members.
- Overall staffing and financial responsibility to insure successful project completion, including responsibility for conducting individual performance appraisals for direct reports.
- Design and engineer control system hardware and software programming based on project plans, specifications, and other contract documents, ensuring documentation is accurate and complete.
- Direct customer interface responsibility. Supervise sub-contractors and suppliers. Act as a liaison between your group and other company groups/departments.
- Management of technicians, engineers, and subcontractors
- Experience with electronics and basic electrical circuits
- Knowledge of DDC Control Theory and Applications
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
This is an exempt position.
