Responsibilities- Design, analyze, and optimize high-voltage transmission lines to ensure system reliability and efficiency.
- Conduct structural and electrical load analysis for new and existing transmission infrastructure.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on permitting, right-of-way acquisition, and regulatory compliance.
- Support construction and maintenance teams with technical guidance, field assessments, and project execution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering.
- 3-7 years of experience in transmission line design, engineering, or construction.
- Proficiency in PLS-CADD, PLS-POLE, and related transmission modeling software.
- Strong understanding of NESC, IEEE, and utility industry standards.
