In this role, you will be at the forefront of ensuring the reliability of power systems for mission-critical sites like data centers, hospitals, and telecom facilities.
YourMission:
As a Senior Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for:
- Installation, Maintenance, and Repair: Specializing in critical power systems including UPS, PDU, and STS.
- Customer Satisfaction: Building strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Proactive Problem Solving: Troubleshooting equipment failures and recommending preventive measures.
- Coordination: Ensuring all materials and equipment meet quality standards for service activities.
- Technical Expertise: Conducting remote and on-site diagnostics, commissioning, and upgrades.
We’re looking for candidates who meet the following qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Technology (6+ years of experience) OR an Associate's degree with 8+ years of experience OR a High School Diploma/GED with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Technical
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools. - Communication: Strong written and verbal skills to interact with various levels within the organization.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively and work with a sense of urgency.
This position is remote , based in Georgia, allowing you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while contributing to our mission.

The expected salary for this position ranges from $65,100 to $104,160 annually, based on qualifications and experience.
