Site Civil Engineer PE

Position Overview

Woolpert, an award‑winning global leader in architecture, engineering, and geospatial services, is hiring a Site Civil Engineer in Ohio. This position reports to the Site Civil Engineering Team Leader and can work out of one of our Ohio offices. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position; applicants must already possess work authorization in the country the job is located.

• Design and create site layout plans in alignment with client requirements and Woolpert standards.
• Utilize AutoCAD Civil 3D to develop concept plans, grading plans, and site designs.
• Work with project management teams to identify impediments and develop/implement solutions to overcome obstacles.
• Perform site due diligence assessments and compile data and reports.
• Perform occasional field work and frequent local and overnight travel as needed.

• BS in Civil Engineering
• 5+ years related experience
• Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
• Experience in Autodesk Civil 3D
• Experience in hydraulics and hydrology preferred
• Strong interest and working knowledge in hydrology and stormwater management
• Proven ability to multitask, appropriately prioritize workflow, and complete tasks
