We are seeking an enthusiastic Senior Project Manager with a deep understanding and extensive experience in civil and water resources engineering, civil technology, and construction management principles. The ideal candidate will be well‑versed in the design and construction of Industrial Water and Wastewater infrastructure. They must be able to work effectively within a team, communicate clearly with project team members and clients, and demonstrate a high level of initiative and motivation.

• Expertise in the construction and design of water/wastewater/drainge conveyance infrastructure
• Partner with project directors in responding to RFPs, including preparing conceptual estimates, schedules, and other proposal documents
• Prepare detailed estimates, cost‑code input, and cost control systems
• Work with directors of construction and core personnel to establish job organization, including superintendents and self‑perform craft worker requirements; maintain submittal control
• Secure owner acceptance of contract change orders
• Manage and ensure payments to subcontractors and vendors; effectively direct project close‑out tasks and any warranty work

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction management or equivalent plus 10+ years of experience in Industrial Water/Wastewater facility construction, design, or management preferred
• Knowledge of the design and construction of Water/Wastewater facilities
• Research experience a plus; excellent communication, organization, and follow‑up skills
• Excellent sales and customer relationship skills
• Self‑motivated, high energy, and enthusiastic
• Ability to work independently, manage time wisely, prioritize tasks
• Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
• Job requires 50%+ travel

While performing the duties of this job, this position requires ordinary ambulatory skills sufficient to visit other locations, and the ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and manipulate light to medium weights of 10–50 pounds. Requires good hand‑eye coordination, arm, hand, and finger dexterity, and visual acuity to use a keyboard, operate equipment, and read application/form information. The associate frequently is required to sit, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear.
