Eberly & Associates, a Pape‑Dawson Company, actively seeks a Civil Engineering Project Manager to engage in a wide range of land planning and civil engineering projects. The role involves providing high quality services, design solutions, and technical expertise to clients.

• Prepare civil engineering schematic and construction documents, including site layout, utility, erosion control, grading plans, and stormwater management facilities.
• Manage the project team through the design and construction process.
• Maintain client service excellence and project schedules.

• Registered PE with Georgia licensure.
• 5+ years of experience in civil/site design and development.
• BS in Civil Engineering or related field from an accredited college or university.
• Collaborative and efficient in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to prepare proposals and scopes of work.
• Knowledge of local municipal requirements and writing due diligence reports and feasibility studies.
• Experience permitting land development projects with local municipalities.
• Proficiency in design software, primarily AutoCAD Civil 3D and Hydraflow Hydrographs.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.
