Senior Project Manager - Land Development

Atlanta, GA | Full-Time | Hybrid Flexibility

A multi-award-winning, established engineering firm is looking for a Senior Project Manager to lead their growing team based in Atlanta, GA.

• Lead and manage land development projects, including multi-family, residential, mixed-use and commercial projects
• Oversee the preparation of construction plans and specifications for site infrastructure
• Be a primary client liaison, ensuring clear communication and a strong relationship
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to junior engineers and CAD designers

• Work with a nationally ranked and established engineering firm - ENR's TOP 500 design firm
• Nearly 10 years being placed in “Best Place to Work” (#16) by Zweig Group

• Local presence with national impact, who is actively engaged with communities and local partners

• BS in Civil Engineering or related field and registered P.E in GA
• 10+ years of experience in civil engineering in land development - residential and commercial
• 5+ years in Project Management or a leadership role
• Proven track record in business development and client relationship management
• Client relationships within Knoxville area.
