As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead challenging structural engineering projects across sectors such as energy, infrastructure, and specialized industrial systems. This leadership‑track role offers significant technical responsibility, client engagement, and opportunities for professional growth.

- Manage large‑scale engineering projects or multiple smaller projects with complex technical requirements.
- Supervise and mentor a team of engineers and technicians; manage schedules and resources to meet deadlines.
- Develop project scope, budgets, and proposals; ensure delivery on time and within budget.
- Prepare major technical reports and documentation.
- Serve as the primary client contact, handling negotiations and risk management.
- Apply advanced engineering techniques and adapt existing theories to solve unique challenges.
- Experience: 8+ years in civil/structural engineering or a closely related field.
- Education: MS or PhD in Civil/Structural Engineering or related discipline from an ABET‑accredited university.
- Licensure: Professional Engineer (PE) required.
- Expertise in structural dynamics and earthquake engineering, ideally with applications in critical infrastructure or energy sectors.
- Strong background in structural analysis and finite element modeling of non‑building structures.
- Familiarity with design codes (IBC, ASCE, ACI, AISC).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to lead teams effectively.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects and maintaining high technical standards.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
