Civil Engineer (2-5 Years Experience) - Site Development
Location: Atlanta, GA (Hybrid flexibility available)
Employment Type: Full-Time

We are seeking a motivated Civil Engineer with 2-5 years of experience to join our collaborative and design-focused team. Our firm specializes in creating thoughtful, people-centered site development solutions for a wide range of project types, including adaptive reuse, mixed-use, commercial, residential, and public spaces. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a nimble, hands-on environment where ideas and initiative are valued.

What You'll Do:

• Support project managers in developing civil site design plans for a variety of land development projects.
• Prepare grading, drainage, utility, and erosion control plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Perform hydrologic and hydraulic calculations to support stormwater management strategies.
• Coordinate with municipalities and review agencies to support permitting efforts.
• Assist in developing construction documents, technical reports, and cost estimates.
• Participate in occasional field visits and construction observation.
• Collaborate closely with internal team members and external design partners.

What You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
• 2-5 years of civil site design experience.
• EIT certification required;
  Georgia PE license or ability to obtain within 12 months preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D; familiarity with stormwater modeling tools (Hydraflow, Pond Pack, etc.) is a plus.
• Strong understanding of site grading, drainage, utilities, and local permitting processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail-oriented, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
