Enterprise Solutioning Director

* Preference will be given to candidates located in Atlanta, GA or Burlington, VT.
* This leadership role will require 3 days/week in the office, if located within 25 miles of a Cox Automotive location.
* Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 10 years experience in a related field.

The right candidate could also have a different combination, such as a master’s degree and 8 years experience; a Ph.D. and 5 years experience in a related field; or 14 years experience in a related field
* Proven experience leading and managing a team of direct reports
* Familiarity with AI tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency
* Ability to work within diverse delivery frameworks (e.g. Agile, Waterfall, Kanban, etc.) to achieve successful outcomes
* Experience navigating and collaborating within a matrixed organizational structure
* Strong professionalism and exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Automotive experience
* Consulting experience
