, you’ll play a critical role in helping organizations navigate complex regulatory landscapes, reduce risk, and implement innovative solutions that protect people and the planet.

• Drive compliance and risk reduction for leading organizations across diverse industries.
• Deliver high-quality EHS audits, assessments, and programs that make workplaces safer and more sustainable.
• Collaborate with ERM’s global network of experts in over 40 countries to share best practices and cutting‑edge strategies.
• Build lasting client relationships that generate repeat business and advance ERM’s mission of sustainability leadership.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering, environmental science, safety, business administration, or related field. Or equivalent experience.
• 2–4 years of experience in EHS management, compliance programs, or consulting.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local EHS regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, travel up to 60%, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and technical writing skills.

  This position requires a valid driver's license and/or the ability to operate a company vehicle due to the nature of job duties, which include frequent travel to various client locations across a large geographical area.

• Experience implementing corporate EHS management systems and standards.
• Background in developing health and safety programs (chemical management, occupational health, process safety, industrial hygiene).
• Passion for sustainability and continuous improvement in EHS performance.

• Conduct EHS compliance audits and implement corrective actions.
• Support development and implementation of environmental management systems and programs.
• Prepare plans, permits, and procedures for air quality, hazardous waste, spill prevention, stormwater, and wastewater.
• Provide on‑site EHS compliance support and training at client facilities.
• Assist with construction safety oversight and verification audits for capital projects.
• Develop technical proposals and contribute to business development efforts.
• Maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat engagements.
