A leading consumer products company seeks an EFO Engineer responsible for driving the adoption and maintenance of Autonomous Maintenance (AM) standards within the Supply Chain. This role requires collaboration with corporate and plant managers to enhance productivity through the execution of PEAK initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in engineering and 3-5 years of experience in lean manufacturing or continuous improvement, alongside strong analytical and coaching skills.

Willingness to travel up to 50% is also required.
