• Manage municipal water and wastewater projects, including treatment facilities, conveyance systems, and collection infrastructure.
• Perform engineering design, hydraulic modeling, and construction administration.
• Support project concept development and final design, contributing to drawings, specifications, and quality control.
• Serve as Resident Project Representative during construction, monitoring progress, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with standards.
• Mentor junior staff and contribute to a collaborative team environment focused on technical excellence and professional growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Professional Engineer (PE) preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering.
