We are working with a rapidly expanding Clean Tech business that is looking to increase headcount by 50% by the end of the year.

• You'd be one of the first mechanical engineers to join the team, shaping early design architecture for novel Clean Tech products
• Room to grow as the team scales
• Privately owned by a larger group offering stability, plus an internal equity plan on offer.
• You will be a Mechanical Design Engineer with hands‑on experience designing some form of manufactured assembly that interfaces with electrical components (battery packs/modules, lab testing equipment, generators, etc.) – something that is modular, repeatable power‑electronics building blocks.

• Minimum of 5+ years commercial experience – not suitable for fresh graduates
• Strong CAD skills (Solid Works, CATIA, or similar).
• Knowledge of materials, tolerances, fastening, and thermal management.
• Experience with DFMEA, DFM, and design validation/testing.
• Start‑up mindset – loves scrappy and ambiguous work, applying first‑principle thinking.
