The role involves leading electrical engineering efforts on complex urban projects and collaborating with staff engineers, clients, and consultants.

• P.E. licensure required
• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field
• AutoCAD & Revit experience
• 8+ years of experience
• Expertise in building electrical design (lighting, power distribution, communications, fire alarm)

• Function as lead electrical engineer for multi‑discipline projects throughout all phases of the process
• Perform electrical design tasks and calculations for building electrical systems
• Coordinate electrical requirements with clients, consultants, and internal teams
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance
• Oversee project execution and technicians
• Establish and maintain electrical fees, budgeting, and cost estimates
• Work independently and collaboratively to develop concepts, designs, drawings, specifications, and reports
