Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect process mining and optimization solutions for various business processes.
• Lead projects focused on identifying, analyzing, and optimizing business processes using process mining tools.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop and implement best practices for process mining and optimization.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams.
• Conduct process analysis and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in process mining and optimization.
• Mentor and provide technical guidance to junior architects and developers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 10-12 years of professional experience in the software industry, with a focus on process mining and optimization.
• Strong proficiency in process mining tools and technologies (e.g., Celonis, UiPath Process Mining, Disco).
• Experience with business process management (BPM) and optimization methodologies.
• Solid understanding of data analysis and visualization techniques.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or SQL.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to work on-site in Atlanta, GA.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence in process optimization.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Certifications in process mining or related fields.
