Product Process Development Engineer

In this role, you will work directly with customers, cross-functional teams, and manufacturing personnel to develop and refine products. • Collaborate with teams to support the design, application, and testing of ball applications.
• Lead process development for new products, prototypes, and process phases utilizing APQP methodology, including process flow creation, PFMEA, and process specification documentation.
• Analyze manufacturing processes during new product launches to optimize costs, improve quality, enhance delivery performance, and meet internal and customer targets.

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of experience in product and process development within manufacturing environments.
• Proven project management skills with familiarity in APQP, PFMEA, and capability to develop process flow diagrams.
• Strong understanding of industry standards - IATF
  16949 and AS9100.
• Expertise in process analysis, root cause analysis, and applying Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and customer requirements.
