As an MDP participant, you will contribute to meaningful work from day one—collaborating with leaders to implement strategies, optimize processes, drive change, and build relationships across the organization. Upon successful completion of the program, you will be offered a full-time role within your field of work.

Our Manufacturing Engineering Development Program offers experience across process design, productivity optimization, 3D manufacturing technology, factory floor digitalization, project management, and new product industrialization. The program further provides cross-functional exposure and collaboration with continuous improvement, sustainability, supervision, supply chain, EH&S, and quality & foundry operations functions. We are excited to offer our Manufacturing Engineering MDPs experience in our foundries to engage directly with the manufacturing process.
