Overview
Bruks Siwertell, Inc. Americas, located in Alpharetta, GA, specializes in bulk material handling within a variety of industry segments. These industries include Bioenergy, Biofuel, Board & Sawmills, Cement, Coal, Grain/Agriculture, Mining, and Pulp & Paper. These segments are divided internally into two business sectors, Bulk and Port.
PlanThe following is a brief outline of our vision as it relates to the growth and development of the PSE.
- The PSE will gain product and technical know-how as it relates to Bruks Siwertell products
- During this, the PSE will develop market and industry knowledge thus developing a basis to support marketing and business development efforts for both Bulk & Port sectors
The PSE is instrumental to the success of the overall sales department and will be crucial to the support of business development and marketing efforts.
- Develop and maintain sales material, including drawings, videos, and presentations
- Support individual product sales efforts including the development of estimates and proposals
- Coordinate with all Bruks Siwertell business units to ensure customer expectations are satisfied
- Support Project Development Engineers as needed
- Support business growth through marketing and business development sales efforts as needed
The position of PSE is crucial to the overall success of the Bruks Siwertell, Inc. Americas Sales Team. Success will be measured by:
- Achievement of annual Americas Sales forecast
- Understanding of product offerings
- Ability to support sales efforts independently with minimal guidance
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Understanding of market conditions and industry factors
Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or a related field
- 1–3 years relevant professional experience related to bulk materials handling equipment
- Experience working in a fast-paced project-oriented environment
- Working knowledge of heavy industrial material handling equipment
- Experience working with AutoCAD and/or Solid Works PDM
- Proficient skills using MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams, Word Processing) and Adobe Acrobat
- Experience with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tool
- Average 40 hours a week/ 5 days per week
- 24/7 availability is necessary to ensure critical items are handled
- Travel 25% (typically scheduled sales visits and trade shows) – North America and Europe
- Energetic, dynamic and self-motivated
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
- Self-organized and capable of working independently, requiring minimal support to finish tasks
- Service-minded attitude, with ability to multitask to meet deadlines
- Demonstrate effective communication (oral, written, and electronic) and interpersonal skills
- Team player and the ability to work with multiple personalities
- Ability to solve problems creatively and a good decision-maker
- Prompt and always on time
