• In this role, you will serve as a strategic and operational leader, driving engineering excellence across 11 chemical manufacturing sites in North America.
• You’ll lead capital projects, process optimization, reliability programs, and technical innovation to ensure safe, efficient, and sustainable operations.

Here are your primary responsibilities:

• Lead and align engineering strategy across all sites, ensuring consistency in standards, performance metrics, and project execution.
• Oversee capital project planning and execution, ensuring alignment with business goals, budget, and regulatory requirements.
• Drive continuous improvement in maintenance, reliability, and process engineering through data‑driven decision‑making and best practices.
• Collaborate with Operations, EHS, Supply Chain, and other functions to support safe and efficient plant operations.
• Develop and mentor engineering leaders and teams, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and technical excellence.
