Your impact as a Senior Mechanical HVAC Designer includes delivering HVAC design solutions for heavy industrial clients, coordinating with disciplines, and ensuring schedule and technical quality.
Responsibilities- Layout and design of HVAC systems.
- Development of conceptual and final design documents including sizing calculations, Air Flow Diagrams (AFDs), P&IDs, and general arrangements.
- Development of final construction documents for systems such as chilled water and cooling water.
- Coordinate with other disciplines and project teams.
- At least ten (10) years of experience in the design of HVAC systems for industrial facilities.
- Proficiency in Revit.
- Thorough knowledge of codes and standards related to HVAC design.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and collaborate remotely with the project team.
- Software experience in AutoCAD, Carrier HAP, Trane Trace 700, and Trane Trace 3D.
- Experience in the design of plumbing/utility systems.
