Role:
Full-time Home Inspector Specialist - Energy Auditor

Location:

Atlanta, GA, servicing the greater Atlanta area

Pay: $65,000-$80,000 salary; base + commission

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8 am-5 pm

As a Home Inspector Specialist - Energy Auditor, you spend your day conducting thorough energy audits and home inspections using BPI methodology. You communicate the work that is being done to homeowners, providing them with outstanding customer service and support. You are responsible for managing your projects and jobs from start to finish. You use a keen understanding of blower door and other auditing equipment as you travel throughout the greater Atlanta area.

Your day concludes with detailed, post-work home inspections to ensure everything is done to the highest standard.

• Experience in residential construction, home inspections, or conducting energy audits
• Valid driver s license with reliable transportation
• Strong analytical and communication experience
• Project/client management experience
• Ability to work with clients
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to work in attics and crawl spaces
• Ability to travel around the greater Atlanta area

Preferred Qualifications:

• BPI certification
• Experience with BPI audits and BPI training
• Familiarity with project and team management in a field/construction setting
• Experience working in homes and interacting with homeowners
• Construction or related experience
